Series of interactive webinars: Bring your cultural sparring partner around...we will reflect and learn together
With this series of interactive webinars we may all improve our insights on successful international cooperation! Together we learn how to easily discover pitfalls in inter+cultural behaviour and how to solve or prevent them. We won’t concentrate on specific do’s and don’ts. We rather experience together, which attitudes help us to build mutual trust in cross-cultural and heterogeneous settings and what actually needs to be considered. I am happy to introduce to you valid instruments and models (many of them available on the Internet). You can use them any time – by yourself or together with and for your team, leader, cultural counterpart to reflect your working style and cooperation patterns. Easy way being shared digitally in a (video) conference, when you meet anyway…
